Heard Mr. Patunkar, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners.

He invites attention of this Court to the notice published by the office of Sub-Divisional Officer, Majalgaon, Indicating that all ROR matters placed for hearing on board dated 30.7.2024 are adjourned to 26.8.2024 due to administrative reasons. Mr. Patunkar, would point out that despite above notice, impugned order granting stay to mutation entry no.481 dated 21.3.2023 has been passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Majalgaon on 30.7.2024 without giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

It is not in dispute that substantive appeal filed by the respondents is pending before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Majalgaon and interim order is passed in appeal persists since 30.7.2024. Present petition filed after almost year from the

wp 8424.25.odt date of impugned order, hence, it would be in the fitness of things to direct the Sub-Divisional Officer, Majalgaon to decide the pending appeal expeditiously.
