I find that the Writ Petitions from 1994 onwards in this group of litigation are pending for final hearing. 4.

In view of the above, these Civil Applications are allowed. By consent of the parties, these applicants shall deposit costs of Rs. 1,000/-( Rs.One Thousand only) in each of the applications, to be donated for the treatment of the poor patients, with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of ''Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital Dengi Samiti, Aurangabad'') on or before 30/11/2018.
