Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposals seeking approval to the appointment of petitioners are pending with respondent no. 2 - Education Officer. The same are not yet decided.

Learned Assistant Government Pleaders appear for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in respective matters and submits that in case the said proposals are pending, the authority will decide it in accordance with law.

In case the proposals seeking approval to the appointment of petitioners (Annexure 'E', Page No. 19) and (Annexure 'D', Page No. 15) respectively in respective matters are pending with respondent No. 2 - Education Officer, then Respondent No. 2 - Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within six (06) months from today.

Writ Petitions accordingly stand disposed of. No costs.
