Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy of approaching the Labour Court. Learned counsel further submits that this Court, by order dated 11.08.2014, has granted ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause "C" and the same may be continued for four weeks from today. Leave granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. The ad interim relief granted by this Court on 11.08.2014 shall remain in force for a period of four (04) weeks from today. The petitioner is at liberty to claim exclusion of time spent in prosecuting the instant writ petition and the concerned court may consider the same.
