Present Petition has been filed for quashing and setting aside the order dated 5th June 2025 passed by respondent No.2 rejecting the parole leave application of the petitioner. However, it is stated by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that the appeal preferred by the petitioner is pending before respondent No.3. He had filed the appeal on 11th June 2025. 2.

Learned Additional P.P. waives notice for all the respondents and submits, upon instructions, that the appeal was

cwp-930.25 received on 10th July 2025 and it would be decided within a period of two weeks.

We take the said statement of the learned Additional P.P., as an undertaking and dispose of the Petition by directing respondent No.3 to decide the appeal within a period of two weeks from today.
