Mr.Choudhari, learned counsel submits that petitioner has filed an application for issuance of caste certificate as belonging to Kunbi (OBC) on 19.5.2015. The same is not yet decided. The father of the petitioner has been issued with the validity certificate as belonging to Kunbi. The Respondent No.2 be directed to issue caste certificate.

We have heard learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader.

To issue caste certificate is within the domain of Respondent No.2. However, it is also obligatory on the part of Respondent No.2 to decide the proceedings as laid down under the statute. The petitioner requires the same for filing nomination

paper.

In light of that, we pass the following order : a) The Respondent No.2 shall decide the application of the petitioner filed for getting the caste certificate of Kunbi (OBC) expeditiously and under any circumstances by 4.8.2015. b) The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. c) Authenticated copy be given.
