During the course of argument, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that initially the petitioner has filed present petition and challenged the order dated 25.03.2021 passed below Exh.24 and Exh.27 in Summary Suit No.01/2018 by the learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Parbhani. However, he is having instructions from the briefing counsel that the sole respondent - plaintiff has put an endorsement on application below Exh.24 that he do not want to press the application. He, therefore, seeks withdrawal of the present writ petition.
