The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the G.P.A. is verified before Registrar of this Court and in similar identical situation, this Court by order dated 3469/2023 in First Appeal No. 1150/2021 has permitted withdrawal of compensation amount through G.P.A. holder. 3.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of amended prayer clause 'C' and disposed of.
