The application is filed in the year 2011. The directions are issued by this Court on 20.7.2011 in the writ petition thereby directing the respondent no.3 to consider the applicant's application afresh on merits in accordance with law and in the light of the Government resolution dated 16.3.1983 within 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the application. Five years have passed by now. Nothing would survive in the present application. Civil application is disposed of.
