These are the applications for condonation of delay moved by the original claimants.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.P.s for respondents no.1 and 2/State in respective applications and Mr S.C. Arora, learned Advocate for respondent no.3/acquiring body. 3.

In all these applications for condonation of delay, there is delay of more than 700 days in preferring the appeals. 4.

For the reasons stated in the applications for condonation of delay and considering the points involved in the appeals, delay needs to be condoned in all these civil applications moved by the respective claimants. However, the applicants/claimants shall not be entitled to get statutory benefits and interest for

3 908-12069-2018ca the delayed period. They need to file usual undertaking to that effect with the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

ORDER

(i) The Civil Applications for condonation of delay moved by the applicants are hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) on condition that the applicant/claimants shall not claim statutory benefits and interest in respect of delayed period.

(ii) The applicants/claimants shall furnish undertaking to that effect with the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

(iii) On furnishing such undertaking by the respective applicants/claimants, the Registry to make scrutiny of the appeals as per procedure and thereafter, those appeals be numbered and placed before the Court for admission.
