The petitioners seek transfer of the CL-III license. The proposal dated 15.09.2021 is pending with respondent Nos. 3 and 4. In identical matters, we have directed the said respondents to decide the proposals of 2020-2021, by 30.12.2022.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall decide the application/proposal dated 15.09.2021 in accordance with the rules and Policies applicable, on or before 30.12.2022. The prayer for renewal charges to be paid for the period 01.04.2011 till 31.03.2023, would be considered on it' s own merits.
