Mr. Yeramwar, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the cousin sisters of the petitioner are issued with the validity certificates of Thakur (Scheduled Tribe) under the orders of this Court. Same order is required to be passed in the present matter.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents and submits that, the matter is pending consideration with the Scrutiny Committee. The committee would decide the same on its own merits.

The petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course.

Considering the fact that, the validation proceeding is pending with the Committee, we pass the following order. 5.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 27th August, 2021. The Committee shall consider the orders passed by this Court in the case of cousin sisters of the petitioner. The Committee shall endeavour to decide the proceeding expeditiously and preferably by 10th October, 2021. 6.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
