Respondent Nos.2 to 7 have filed affidavit thereby stating that Respondent No.4 by fixing pay scale, has sanctioned the increment and has submitted to the Audit Officer, Finance Department, Zilla Parishad, Jalna, vide order dated 28th October, 2014, for verification of the service book. It is also stated in the affidavit that Respondent No.4 has fixed 5th and 6th pay scale and sanctioned the increment which is also submitted to the Audit Officer, Finance Department, Zilla Parishad, Jalna on 28th October,2014, and after the verification of the service book itself, the amount will be paid to the Petitioner.

In light of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner now does not survive.

In case, the Auditor, Finance Department, decides the said proposal prejudicially to the Petitioner, the Petitioner shall have remedy available.
