We have dismissed the writ petition on 13th July, 2015 as none appeared for the petitioner on the said date and even on the date prior to to that, the matter was adjourned at the request of the petitioner only. We had considered the affidavit field on behalf of the respondents and dismissed the petition. The petitioner has assailed the Government resolution.

We have heard the learned counsel for the non applicant. For the reasons given in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause B.
