15..07.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel submits that Cidco on 08.03.2018 has regularized the religious structure, however an objection is raised by a third party. The registration of the third party as a Trust is cancelled, still the Cidco has issued the impugned notice.

The petitioner can bring it to the notice of Cidco all these facts. Under the impugned notice no order detriment to the petitioner has been passed. In the impugned notice it is only stated that after inquiry further steps would be undertaken.

Naturally, the petitioner would be entitled to bring on record before the respondents all the facts agitated by him which would be considered by the authority.

As no final order is passed against the petitioner, the petition at present is premature. All contentions kept open. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
