The petitioner has claimed relief as follows : "(A) To direct the resp. No.5 B.D.O., Panchayat samittee Gangapur to file criminal complaint against the defaulters on the basis of inquiry report dated 30.03.2021 and for that purpose necessary writ and orders may kindly be issued.

(B) To direct the resp. No.3 Collector to take prompt legal action against all the authorities who are not taking prompt steps against the defaulters in view of the inquiry report dated 30.03.2021 and for that purpose necessary writ and orders may kindly be issued.

If indeed the inquiry report dated 30.03.2021 discloses commission of cognizable offence(s) by any officer/person, the petitioner would be free to pursue the remedy that the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 provides, in accordance with law.
