Heard rival submissions.

The respective applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 2701 days in these applications, which appears to be caused due to their poor financial condition.

The learned AGP strongly opposed the applications on the ground that no reasonable cause is mentioned for condoning the delay periods. The learned Counsel for respondent No.3 Acquiring Body remained absent. 4.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants and for the reasons stated in the applications and the delay of 2701 days in these applications, the applications stand condoned subject to cost of Rs. 3,500/- each to be deposited with the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within four weeks. It is made clear that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the period of aforesaid period of delay in all these applications on the enhanced compensation, if granted. 4.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
