Per Court :- Heard Mr. Dhananjay M.Shinde, learned counsel for the Applicant for quite some time and when this court was not inclined to grant the relief, upon instructions, he submits that, he wish to withdraw the present Application filed for regular bail. Permission is granted.

[2] At the time of withdraw of present Application, Mr. Dhananjay M.Shinde, learned counsel submitted that, in view of fact that Charge is already framed in Sessions Case No.8 Of 2015, learned trial court be directed to dispose of Sessions Case, expeditiously.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Basmat, District - Hingoli on whose file Sessions Case No.8 Of 2015 is pending is directed to dispose of said Sessions Case within a period of NINE MONTHS from the date of receipt of this order.
