Mr. M.K. Bhosle, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that as the mutation entries were not carried out by the authorities, the petitioner approached the committee constituted pursuant to the order of this Court under circular dated 13th February 2015. The committee is also not considering the application of the petitioner.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

The Committee shall consider the application of the petitioner and issue directions in accordance with law, preferably within one month.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
