The application is for direction to disburse the accrued interest on initial 75% of the amount which was not disbursed to the applicant. 3.

The applicant was permitted to receive 75% of the amount without interest vide order dated 17.06.2021. Thereafter he is permitted to receive balance 25% of the amount with accrued interest vide order dated 23.04.2025. The accrued interest over initial 75% of the amount is still with this Court, which is sought to be disbursed. It is submitted that appeal preferred by the State in respect of the enhancement is covered by the Government resolution. The enhancement granted by the reference Court is within four times, which is also reiterated in order dated 17.06.2021. 4.

The Civil Application is allowed permitting the applicant to receive the accrued interest over Rs. 32,00,000/- on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. ( SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J.) mkd/- 1/1
