A pass-over was granted to enable the learned AGP to take instructions. Post lunch, the learned AGP places on record a compilation of four documents which are collectively marked as 'X' for identification. It is informed on instructions that the Competent Authority would require around 7 to 8 months for proclamation of the award.

We are granting nine months time to the Competent Authority to follow the due procedure laid down under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and deliver the award. Payment of compensation pursuant to the award shall be made within a period of 120 days.
