Mr.Khandare, the learned Advocate submits that the original claimant Suryabhan, who has filed CA No.6649/2020 for seeking withdrawal of the compensation amount, has passed away. He would bring his LR's on record, on or before 15/09/2021.

As such, a civil application for bringing LR's on record, shall be filed pursuant to which, this application, upon addition of parties, can be circulated.

In so far as CA No.10478/2018 is concerned, the applicants pray that

- 2 - the order of the learned Registrar dated 17/07/2018 refusing registration to CA Stamp No.11193/2017 for non removal of office objections, may be recalled. These applicants would remove office objections within 10 days. This civil application is filed within time.

The learned Advocate for the non applicants do not oppose. 5.

In view of the above, CA No.10478/2018 is allowed. After all office objections are removed in CA Stamp No.11193/2017, on or before 20/08/2021, the said civil application shall be registered. Liberty to circulate.
