Learned A.P.P. informs this Court that the charge sheet is already filed on 18.7.2016 before this Court passed the on 27.7.2016 that police shall not file charge sheet against applicant nos. 2 to 10.

In that view of the matter and the fact that charge sheet is already filed, we grant

crap3917.16 liberty to the applicants to file application before the concerned Court, if they are advised so. In case such application is filed within two weeks from today, the concerned Court would take the decision on the said application, in accordance with law, as early as possible, however, within eight weeks from the date of filing such application, however, in case charge is not framed.

With the above observations, the application stands rejected.
