PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petition was filed raising a grievance that the petitioner is not absorbed in any Ashram school on the cancellation of recognition granted to the school, wherein, the petitioner was working.

Learned counsel then submitted that during pendency of the petition, the petitioner is absorbed in another Ashram school. As such, the purpose for which the petitioner has approached this Court is now duly served. The grievance of the petitioner no more survives. In view of above submission, the petition is disposed of.
