After having heard the learned advocates for the respective petitioners and the respondents as also the learned A.G.P., it appears that the dispute pertains to the applicability of 'Defined Contributory Pension Scheme' in respect of the employees of private aided schools recruited on or after 1.11.2005.

Admittedly, following the full bench decision of this Court and having 1/2
11 WP 1190 OF 2017+.odt noticed that it is under challenge before the Supreme Court, a division bench in the matter of Deshmukh Dilipkumar Bhagwan and others Vs. State of Maharashtra and others; 2019 (3) Mh.L.J. 903 has disposed of the writ petitions by making it clear that the right of the petitioners would be determined as per the decision of the full bench as would be confirmed/modified in the Special Leave Petition. We follow the same course.
