Pursuant to the several orders passed by this Court in Civil Application No.7100/2023, more specifically, the orders dated 26/07/2023, 11/08/2023, 27/10/2023 and 30/10/2023, the learned A.G.P. places before us a copy of the Maharashtra Government Gazette, dated 07/03/2024 (04 pages) and two maps

7668.20wp (2) (02 pages). The entire compilation of 6 pages is taken on record and collectively marked as 'X-3'.

We are informed that the curve/bend in the road that was introduced and which we have dealt with in our earlier orders, has now been straightened up, which is indicated by the map at page No.6 below 'X-3'. The bend clearly appears at page No.5 of the said compilation. It is further stated that the reservation for a school as is shown as 'PS', meaning primary school, has been retained and the said reservation would not be de-reserved. The reservation for the purpose of the school shall be maintained.

In view of the above and by consent, the Writ Petition as well as the Civil Application stand disposed off. Needless to state, if in future, a cause of action arises, the aggrieved party would be at liberty to avail of a remedy, as is permissible in law.
