By this application, the applicants seek restoration of Criminal Application No. 341 of 2024, which was filed for quashing FIR No. 276 of 2023. However, the said application was dismissed due to non-filing of the charge sheet, as required by the order of this Court dated 01/04/2024. There is also a delay of 46 days in filing the present application. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that they are ready to furnish a copy of the charge sheet and to carry out the necessary amendment.
