While granting bail to the applicant by order dated 2/9/2021, he was directed to mark his presence at the concerned Police Station once a month and to remain out of Latur District till conclusion of the trial except for attending dates of the trial. A year has passed post imposing such conditions. The conditions are said to have been complied with so far.
