The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, from the petitioner, who is present in the Court that in the event an FIR is registered against him pursuant to the impugned order dated 03/07/2018 passed by the State Information Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, he may be allowed to put forth his case before the Investigating Officer. 3.

In view of the above and since a relief is sought which

945-wp-8401-18.odt would be a right of the petitioner, this petition is disposed off with the observation that the Superintendent of Police, Latur shall comply with the directions of the State Information Commissioner dated 03/07/2018 with promptitude. Needless to state, the Superintendent of Police, Latur, is also at liberty to consider the view of the petitioner in the process of implementing the directions of the State Information Commissioner.
