The challenge is to the order dated 09-01-2023 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Nashik Division, Nashik.

In the order dated 12-09-2024 passed by this court in revision application No.196/2024 in WP/14387/2019 it is

(2) 902wp11527.24 held that the revision is maintainable before the learned Registrar General Money Lending under Section 9 of the Act. 4.

In view of the same, revision application No.14/2023 stands restored to its original position.

The parties to appear before the learned Registrar General Money Lending, on 12-11-2024.
