Petitioner stated that it had submitted an application for grant of approval for starting 8th standard class. It has been further stated that the Education Officer has recommended for the approval of the said proposal and the matter is pending before the respondent no.2 who has not taken any decision on it as yet.

In view of the fact that the matter is pending before respondent no. 2, without commenting upon the petitioner's entitlement, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no.2 to examine the said proposal for grant of approval for starting 8th standard.

Let the proposal be considered and appropriate decision be taken in accordance with the policy within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, petition as also Civil Application is disposed of.
