Leave to correct the name of the Applicant.

In view of the order passed by this Court in the appeals arising out of the same award, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw the amount to the extent of 50% on furnishing undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the executing Court. The amount deposited before this Court to that extent be transferred to the executing Court at Nanded.
