By this application, the applicant seeks quashing of criminal case registered against him pursuant to filing of FIR dt. 30.05.2016 whereby it was alleged that, the applicant-accused issued false cheques for causing repayment of certain amount which he had taken as loan from the complainant. The parties are present before the Court today. They have settled the dispute between them. The amount is already paid to the complainant but this process required police help and the Government machinery.

It is clear from the facts of the case that, the complainant utilized rather dubious method for recovering the amount which he had advanced to applicant/accused. We are, therefore, putting the parties to terms before allowing their application. Respondentcomplainant shall deposit Rs. 50,000/- in this Court today itself. Said amount shall be deposited as costs with the High Court Legal Aid SubCommittee, Aurangabad. 3.
