PER COURT :- 1.

Considering the averments in the application for withdrawal of the deposited amount and having regard to the grounds of objection raised by the Insurance Company in exception to the award impugned in the present appeal, I deem it appropriate to pass following order:

ORDER

1.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75 per cent of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed against them, they will re-deposit the said amount within four months of passing of such order.

2.

The balance 25 per cent amount be invested in any nationalized Bank till the appeal is finally decided. Civil Application disposed of in above terms.
