We have heard Mr. Patil, learned advocate for the petitioner.

We cannot entertain the writ petition only on the basis of bald statement made and the application filed without proof of some misappropriation.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has approached the forum for information under Right to Information Act. The same is not yet provided.

The petitioner may prosecute the appeal before the

WP No.10024/21 appropriate forum. In case the petitioner has concrete material to demonstrate about the alleged misappropriation, then the petitioner may file the petition.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
