Present application has been filed by the acquiring body for bringing the legal representatives of respondent No.3 - Sakharabai Eknath Zalke on record. She expired on 17.08.2020, however, it has been stated in the application that the acquiring body got the knowledge on 17.04.2023 after the report of the bailiff was received in this matter. The proposed legal representatives were served, however, they have not filed their appearance in this application. Under the said circumstance, Civil Application No.8854 of 2023 stands allowed and disposed of.
