Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the name of the present Applicant though was correctly mentioned in the claim petition, in the judgment, some mistake is occurred in mentioning the name, which mistake needs to be corrected. The learned counsel for the Respondent Insurance Company is fair enough to submit that the he may not have any objection for allowing the application. In view of the submission so made, the following order is passed:

O R D E R

I.

The Member M.A.C.T., Kopargaon is directed to correct the name of the present Applicant in the impugned award dated 22nd April, 2013 as per the correct name as mentioned in the original petition bearing M.A.C.P. No.31 of 2010.

II.

After such amendment is carried out, as directed, the name of the present Applicant in Civil Application No.8703 of 2016 is allowed to be corrected as Sushila @ Hirabai Asaram Salve.

III.

The record and proceedings be sent back to the Trial Court forthwith for carrying out the necessary amendment.

IV.

Civil application stands disposed of.
