The Writ Petition has been dismissed for default after service of notice and appearances of the Respondents. Delay of 121 days is caused in filing this Civil Application, seeking restoration of the Writ Petition.

The learned Standing Counsel for the Union of India appears on behalf of all the Respondents and submits that, an affidavit-in-reply has already been filed in the Writ Petition. He submits that appropriate orders may be passed.

Since the delay is only of 121 days, this Civil application is allowed. Delay is condoned. All office objections in the Writ Petition shall be removed on or before 31/08/2024. Thereafter, the Writ Petition shall be restored at the stage at which it was dismissed.
