These applications are for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant-insurance company in the office of this Court.

The applications are vehemently opposed by the learned Advocate for the respondent.

Learned Advocate for the applicant relies on an orders passed by this Court dated 30.07.2024 in CA Nos. 6954 of 2024 and 6957 of 2024, wherein this Court has already allowed the applicant therein to
( 2 ) ca7392.25 withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest.

Considering the above, following order :- (i) These Civil Applications are allowed as under :- (ii) The applicants in Civil Application Nos. 7392 & 7393 of 2025 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest to the extent of their share on furnishing usual undertaking. Further 25% of the amount with accrued interest is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
(iii) The applicants in Civil Application No. 7394 of 2025 are permitted to withdraw entire amount on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
