This is an Appeal against acquittal by the Victim. The Appeal was filed through the Advocate, however, Advocate appearing for the Appellant sought his discharge and, therefore, the notice was issued to the Appellant. By order dated 7th February, 2025, it was made clear that if none appears for the Appellant on the next date, appropriate orders would be passed. The office note shows that, the notice issued to the Appellant after the Advocate was discharged was duly served upon him, however, none appears for the Appellant. This shows that, the Appellant is not interested in prosecuting the Appeal and hence, the following order is passed : -
