I heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner, Municipal Council, Osmanabad and the sole respondent.

Both the learned Advocates, jointly pointed out that the issue involved in this petition, has been considered by this Court, in identical matters, in Writ Petitions No. 6959 of 2009, 9187 of 2010, 6456 of 2011, 6458 of 2011, 6474 of 2011 and 6494 of 2011, by the judgment, dated 23.2.2012. By a similar order passed on 18.7.2019, Writ Petition No. 6960 of 2009 and connected matters, are disposed off.

In view of the above and considering the joint statements made, for the reasons recorded in the order dated 18.7.2019, in Writ Petition No. 6960 of 2009 and

wp6961.09 connected matters, this petition is dismissed. 4.

Rule is discharged.
