First appeal has already been disposed of. However, no order was passed at the relevant time disbursing the balance amount to the applicants/claimants.

First appeal was disposed of on 18.03.2025. Claimants were permitted to receive 50% amount with accrued interest vide order dated 02.11.2023. Accordingly they received the amount. Finally the award was reduced from Rs.15,77,000/-to Rs.15,30,000/-.The claimants are entitled to receive the balance amount in view of the restricted claim finalized by High Court.

Civil application is allowed partly. P.L.A department of this Court shall calculate the entitlement of the applicants to the extent of
