Further affidavit in reply has been given by respondents No.2-A and 2-B i.e. proposed legal representatives of respondent No.2 taking

into consideration their reply, so also the learned advocate Mr. Kudale is appearing for the proposed legal representatives of respondent No.1, the application is allowed.

Necessary amendment in the title be made by the appellant by bringing the legal representatives of respondents No.1 and 2 on record. The said amendment be carried out in application as well as in appeal within 14 days from the date of this order. 6.
