Learned AGP submits that as per the instructions received to the officer in-charge of the case, the petitioner is having disability certificate only to the extent of 22% whereas the requirement is of 40%. In view of the aforesaid, we dismiss this petition and vacate the interim order dated 21/7/2017. If the statement as aforesaid is not correct, it will be open for the petitioner to seek revival of the petition.
