The petitioners challenge the order dated 16.04.2018 passed by respondent No.1, in Case No. PPE 1117/Pra.Kra. 276/Visha-5. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the said order, the petitioner's licence has already been restored. Since the licence was restored in the year 2018, the petition may be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate application at the time of renewal of the licence, as and when respondent No.3 takes up the renewal.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
