By order dated 08.11.2019 in Bail Application No. 1240 of 2019, this Court (Coram : R.G. Avachat, J.) has disposed of the application of the present applicant for regular bail, as withdrawn and further the applicant's regular Bail Application No. 86 of 2020 came to be dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 29.06.2020 by this Court. 3.

Learned Counsel for the applicant has fairly accepted that there is no change in the circumstances. In view of the same, there is no reason to consider this application on merits again. Hence, the following order.
