Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that this Court has protected this petitioner from time to time and lastly by the order dated 02 May 2023. The petitioner's claim is pending with the Scrutiny Committee. The Scrutiny Committee was expected to decide the claim before 30 June 2023, and the petitioner was protected. However, the employer is now interpreting that the interim protection is only till 30 June 2023, when the Scrutiny Committee is still to decide the claim. 3.

We extent the protection till the time Scrutiny Committee decides the case finally. Obviously, the petitioner shall co-operate the

Scrutiny Committee and any lapse on his part if noticed, the interim protection would be revoked.
