CIVIL APPLICATION NO.7375 OF 2024 1.

The sole Petitioner/Awadiram Maruti Rasane died on 20/11/2012. His legal heirs in the form of Petitioner

(2) No.1/Shrinivas Awadiram Rasane and Petitioner No. 2/Avinash Awadiram Rasane, were permitted to be brought on record by the order of this Court dated 10/06/2014, in Civil Application No.1610/2014. The said legal heir Shrinivas Awadiram Rasane has passed away. Insofar as deceased Petitioner No.2/Avinash Awadiram Rasane is concerned, the Petition has been abated. This Civil Application has been filed within limitation, for bringing the legal heirs of deceased Petitioner No.1/Shrinivas on record.

Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 3.

For the reasons set out, this Civil Application is allowed. Legal heirs of deceased Petitioner No.1 be brought on record in the Writ Petition within a period of two weeks from today.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO.7376 OF 2024 4.

By this Civil Application, the Applicants pray for listing the Writ Petition for a final hearing. 5.

Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides.
