The applicants are seeking withdrawal of amount deposited by the respondent-acquiring body. In all these appeals reliance is placed on common order dated 25.07.2025, passed by this Court, permitting those applicants to receive 50% of the amount on furnishing undertaking and further 25% on furnishing solemn surety/security. A copy of the order is placed on record.

I have gone through the order and I propose to follow the same course. Present appeals and those appeals are from same acquisition proceeding.

The Civil Applications are partly allowed by permitting the applicants 1/2

956 CA 8252 OF 2025.odt to withdraw 50% of the amount on furnishing undertaking and further 25% of the amount on furnishing solemn surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). Balance amount shall be invested in the Nationalized Bank.
