The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as a "Assistant Teacher" is pending with the Education Officer. The same is not yet decided. 2.

The learned A.G.P. appears for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submits that in case the said proposal is pending the authority will decide it in accordance with law.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner (Annexure "F' Page No. 17) is pending with Respondent No. 2, then Respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within six
